1.The price above is FOB Price.

2.The price above only include the items listed above.The valid day of quotation is 15 days.

3.The price above includes only materials,not including any labor cost on site nor engineer local guidance cost.

4.Payment terms: 50% T/T deposit,balance payment should be payable before container loading.

5.Delivery: 15 days after receiving deposit and signature of the drawings and Sales confirmation.

6.Package: Standard protective export packing.If buyer needs special packing,charge will be additional.

7.Transporation:If in FOB terms,supplier arrange transportation to China port;

If in CNF/CIF terms, supplier arrange transporation to the local foreign port as agreed by the buyer and the seller.

8.Installation is not included on above price.

We will offer installation step-by-step instruction and drawings,pictures,or videos for reference.

Also can send technician,but all the cost shall be paid by the buyer including technician salary USD100 per day.

We use 40HQ container to ship the goods; Usually 40HQ container can load about 160-180

Depend on MOQ,usually we can arrange shipment around 10days after received deposit

4, How to install?

Usually we will provide installation drawing,and if necessary,we also provide installation video.

5, Can you send workers to help me build house?

Considering the labor cost, safety and visa issues, we suggest to send one or two engineers toguide and train your staffs. You must provide air tickets, hotel, and meal, and 100USD per day for engineer salary.
